1880's enamel and gilt brass box

 

This is a superb enamel box.

 

It is delicated painted with a scene after Watteau and with birds under the base.

 

Dimensions: Diameter: 5,8 cm   Hight: 2,7 cm

 

Period: 1880 - 1900

 

Only a few little hairlines and deformation at the gilt metal near the hinge.

No repairs, nice gilding.
