Here is a superb and rare antique gilt bronze picture frame, with a star.

Inside, under the glass, there is a reproduction of a picture of the Russian Emperor Nicolas II.

Diameter: 10,3 cm

Diameter of the view: 8,5 cm

Period: around 1880 - 1900

Good condition, gilding a bit worn on relieves.

Ring at the back to hold the frame but no foot.
