This is a rare handpainted ceramic by Philippe Rouart.

 

Philippe ROUART (1904-1993) ceramist, painter and engraver.

Descendant of the wellknown painters Lerolle and Rouart.

Student of Maurice Denis.

 

 

Dimensions: 32 x 16 cm   Thickness: 3 cm

Period: dated 1960

Perfect condition, no cracks, no repairs.
