This is a rare antique silver double open salt with a mechanism !
French silver mark: Minerva.
Blue crystal bowls.
When you push on the handle, the lids come up.
When you carry the silver salt, the lids come down.
I have never had such a silver salt before !
Dimensions: 19,5 x 5,8 cm - Hight: 11,5 cm.
Total weight: 205 g.
Period: 1850 - 1870
Perfect condition, just some little spots of oxydation.
