This gilt bronze is signed GUENARDEAU (listed artist for Art nouveau period bronzes).

Editeur SUSSE FRERES à PARIS (signature + maker stamp).

Stamped under the base: " ENCRIER PLATANE " (plane tree inkwell).

The original porcelain tank is still there !

Dimensions: 24,5 x 15 cm  Height: 6,5 cm

Weight: 1,190 kilogramme

Period: 1890 - 1910

Good antique condition, no repairs, little signs of age, little spots and gilding a bit worn.

This is a very interesting Art Nouveau gilt bronze !

French solid silver marks (rabbit's head) used from 1819 until 1838.

Typical work from the French King Louis Philippe period.

This is a lovely antique perfume bottle with a nice enameled sterling silver lid.

English marks: BIRMINGHAM date 1914

Silver maker: Albert Cohen & Charles Soloman.
